We have teamed up with BelievePerform, leaders in performance psychology, for a new mental health and wellbeing infographic series designed for children and their parents/carers.
They are full of simple and helpful ways for families to boost their everyday wellbeing and will help children prepare for the return to school, as well as support the development of key life skills. These are all now live and free for you to download.
If you’re a teacher, why not download and share with your parent community? You may want to display them in your classroom, use them for classroom activities or even as home learning resources too.
You can download child-friendly infographics from our resource pack and find links to download our parent resources below. These are organised into three themes, with each infographic containing advice and ideas on:
How to be healthy every day: Explores positive habits, personal development and making a difference.
How to think and feel healthy: Includes resources surrounding positive physical and mental health, sharing feelings with others and creating a daily routine.
How to stay healthy in different environments: Tackles health at home, home learning and the transition to secondary school.
