Challenge 9: Be Kind challenge

Ex-Premier League footballer and TV presenter Dion Dublin is here to explain what we’d like you to do for this challenge.

Be Kind Challenge

The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week this year is ‘kindness’. Based on this theme, ex-Premier League footballer and TV presenter Dion Dublin is here to explain what we’d like you to do for this challenge:

We would like you to list some acts of kindness that you and your family will carry out over the coming week.

Your acts of kindness could include checking on someone who may be isolated at the moment by giving them a call or simply thanking your parents for all of their help with your home learning or helping out with a household chore.

To help you to set your goals, you may want to download our Kindness Goals worksheet to write down the acts of kindness you will aim to do and see which ones you can achieve.

Tell us how you’ve been making a positive difference by sharing your acts of kindness with us on Twitter at @PLCommunities with #PLPrimaryStars or via email at PLPrimaryStars@premierleague.com. You could send in a video of your act of kindness, or simply share your completed Kindness Goals worksheet with us.

Whatever you choose to share, you could end up being featured on PremierLeague.com or in our community story, so make sure to get in touch!
