This pack introduces the Premier League Wellbeing Stars challenge and explores the concepts of social action and wellbeing.

This challenge is now closed but you can still access the brilliant resources and create your very own Wellbeing Week.

Children take part in Premier League Wellbeing Stars by completing this template. 

There is also an example of a completed template to help children understand how to take on the challenge.

Premier League Wellbeing Stars certificate

Reward your child with a Premier League Wellbeing Stars certificate. Ask them to think about what their next social action goal is and write it in the box below.
