[Ben Shires] Here are my top tips for creating your warm-up routine.
Firstly, make sure you have plenty of space.
Secondly, include short bursts of activity that will increase your heart-rate.
This could be jumping jacks, high knees or skipping on the spot.

Next, make sure that you include at least three different movements.
And lastly, make sure you're fun and creative.
Remember, you have to end your routine with a Super Move.
For instance, mine is the glasses wiggle.
