In these Terms of Use, any use of the words "you", "yours" or similar expressions shall mean any user of this website whatsoever. Terms such as "we", "us, "our" or similar expressions shall mean the Football Association Premier League Limited.

This website, www.plprimarystars.com (the “Website”), is operated by the Football Association Premier League Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 02719699 with registered office at 
Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ . Our VAT number is 672 6255 22.

Please read this page carefully as it sets out the terms that apply to your use of the Website and any part of its content and all materials appearing on it. By using the Website you confirm that (i) you are employed (either on a permanent or temporary basis) by a primary educational institution (or an institution teaching pupils working at primary level), or (ii) you are a parent or carer supporting a child's home learning, and (iii) you accept these Terms of Use and you agree to comply with them. If you are not employed by a primary educational institution (or an institution teaching pupils working at primary level) or are not a parent or carer supporting a child's home learning and/or you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please refrain from using the Website. We reserve the right to restrict your access to the Website if we suspect that you are in breach of these conditions.

We aim to update the Website regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the Website, or close it indefinitely. We will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Any of the material on the Website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

The Website is protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property and related rights ("Rights") which are owned by us and our suppliers. All such Rights are reserved.

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE

You may download and print material from the Website as is reasonable for formal educational purposes only.

You must not use the Website or any of its content in any other way, including (but not limited to):

  • for commercial purposes (such as selling or attempting to sell it in any way);
  • reproducing, re-utilising or redistributing it (including, by way of example, creating a database (electronic or otherwise) that includes material downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Website);
  • framing or deep-linking to it on any other website;
  • to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Website;
  • to make available personal data or private information about any person other than yourself;
  • to promote, facilitate or encourage illegal activity;
  • in any way to directly or indirectly suggest endorsement or approval by us of a product or service (for example, a personal website), entity, content or any belief or opinion expressed within a product or service; and
  • in any way that might bring us into disrepute.

If you print off, copy or download any part of the Website in breach of these terms, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made at our request.

 

USE OF MESSAGES AND MATERIALS

By submitting and/or posting messages, suggestions or any other material (including any text, photographs, graphics, video and audio) to us or the Website you are granting us a perpetual royalty free non-exclusive licence to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute and sub-license the message/suggestion/material in whole or in part and in any form anywhere in the world and in any way we choose (including, but not limited to, via the Website or our social media channels). By submitting such material, you warrant that you are the owner of all the relevant intellectual property rights in relation to the submitted material. Any materials you provide to us shall be regarded as non-confidential.

By submitting any messages, suggestions or materials to the Website you also waive all of the moral rights that you have under Chapter IV of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and in any other laws now or in the future in force in any part of the world and grant us any consent required therein to utilise any such material.

If you do not wish to grant us the rights set out above, please do not submit contributions to the Website.

 

COMPETITION AND PRIZES

From time to time we may run or host competitions, free prize draws and promotions on the Website. In each case these will be subject to additional competition terms and conditions which will be made available on the Website. Any competition, free prize draw and/or promotion run or hosted by us will only be open to educational institutions in England and Wales who teach children aged 5 to 11.

These terms and conditions apply to the Refer a colleague promotion. This promotion is currently on hold and will re-open at a later date with new dates and timings. 

  • The promoters are the Football Association Premier League Limited, Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ (the "Promoter").
  • The Promotion is open to primary school educational institutions in England and Wales who teach children aged 5 to 11.
  • When a referred teacher registers on the Premier League Primary Stars website, both they and the referring teacher will be entered into a prize draw. The referring teacher’s name will continue to be entered into the draw every time a referred colleague registers.
  • The prize is a visit by the Premier League Trophy to the school of the winning teacher selected in the prize draw.
  • The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize(s) of equal value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned or otherwise transferred to a third party.
  • Selection of the winning school will be made by the Promoter by 29 May 2020. The school chosen as the winning school will be contacted by 1 June 2020 and asked to accept their prize.
  • The prize will be delivered no later than 17 July 2020. If the winning school is unable to arrange any visit on the date chosen, it may be allocated to another school.  
  • By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Promotion rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
  • The Premier League may in their absolute discretion modify, amend, cancel or suspend these terms and conditions at any time if they deem necessary or if circumstances arise beyond their control.
  • The Premier League reserve the right in their absolute discretion to disqualify from this Promotion any entrant who they believe has not complied with these terms and conditions or acted in good faith.
  • The Promoters' decisions are final in all matters relating to this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The promoters are the Football Association Premier League Limited, Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ (the "Promoter").
  • The Promotion is open to primary school educational institutions in England and Wales who teach children aged 5 to 11 (or an institution teaching pupils working at primary level) and parents/carers of pupils who attend.
  • When a challenge entry is shared by emailing PLPrimaryStars@premierleague.com or posting on Twitter at @PLCommunities using #PLPrimaryStars between 08:30 on 10 July 2020 and 08:30 on 17 July 2020 the teacher or parent will be entered into a prize draw.
  • The prize is a visit by the Premier League Trophy to the school chosen by the winner selected in the prize draw.
  • The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize(s) of equal value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned or otherwise transferred to a third party.
  • Selection of the winning challenge entry will be made by the Promoter by Friday 24 July. If possible, the school chosen as the winning school will be contacted by Friday 24 July and asked to accept their prize.
  • If circumstances allow, the prize will be delivered no later than 31 December 2020. If the winning school is unable to arrange any visit on the date chosen, it may be allocated to another school. 
  • By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Promotion rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

These terms and conditions apply to the Premier League and Sky VIP Friday Family Challenge - Roving Reporters and Hot Seat Heroes promotion

Prize Draw

These terms and conditions apply to the Premier League and Sky VIP Friday Family Challenge - Roving Reporters and Hot Seat Heroes prize draw (the “Prize Draw”).

The Promoters are the Football Association Premier League Limited, Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ and Sky UK Limited, Grant Way, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 5QD (the "Promoters").

The Prize Draw opens on 26th June 2020 at 00:01 BST and ends at 17th July 2020 at 23:59 BST (the “Prize Draw Period”). No entries will be accepted after this date.

Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to all primary schools in England and Wales that are registered users with the Premier League Primary Stars programme (“Eligible Schools”). Entry to the Prize Draw is free. No purchase is necessary.

The Challenge

Week 1 - Roving Reporter: We would like to ask families to write a match report based on the highlights from Wolves 1 – 1 Newcastle. Week 2 - Hot Seat Heroes:  For this challenge, we would like children and their families to prepare a question to ask a footballer about this Premier League season. 

How to enter 

Entries to the Challenge must be submitted by teachers at Eligible Schools or by parents/guardians of primary school pupils attending Eligible Schools (the “Eligible Entrants”) on behalf of the individual primary school pupil (the “Pupil”). Entries submitted directly by Pupils to the Promoters will not be accepted into the Prize Draw. Entries can take the form of the PLPS template provided, but this is not necessary.

Entries can be submitted by Eligible Entrants via:

a) email at PLPrimaryStars@premierleague.com; or

b) via Twitter using #PLPrimaryStars or by tweeting @PLCommunities (the “Entry”).

By submitting an Entry, the Eligible Entrant warrants that it has the appropriate permissions and consent to submit the personal data of the Pupil and to enter the Pupil’s Entry into the Prize Draw and share it with the Promoters.

There is no limit on the number of Entries that may be submitted on behalf of an Eligible School, but only one Entry can be submitted on behalf of each Pupil. Entries can be submitted as a PDF, Word Document, PowerPoint or image file and can be submitted in either English or Welsh language. 

All Entries should include the first name of the Pupil, their age and the name of the Eligible School they attend.

Incomplete, illegible or corrupt Entries, or those not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions, will not be accepted.

No responsibility is accepted for Entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of Entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

Entries must not:

a)    Be violent, negative or/and discriminative of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or obscene;

b)    Promote or be about the use of illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons, and any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;

c)     Be offensive or be about hate;

d)    Defame, misrepresent or contain negative remarks about the Promoters or its products or other people, products or companies;

e)    Contain commercial names or trademarks owned by others or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind, without permission, or contain any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, email addresses or street addresses;

f)      Contain copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media or musical 'samples') without permission;

g)    Contain materials embodying photographs, footage or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead without permission;

h)    Communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which the Promoters wish to associate; or

i)      Depict, and cannot itself be in, violation of any laws.

Any Entry that is found, at any time, not in compliance with these terms and conditions or that otherwise contain prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by the Promoters, in their sole discretion, will be disqualified. Any inappropriate or offensive material may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Winner notification

1 winner for Roving Reporters and 1 winner for Hot Seat Heroes will be selected in a random drawing by the Premier League, which will take place within seven days of the end of the Prize Draw Period, from all eligible Entries. The winner will be the Pupil of the corresponding winning Entry (the “PL Winners”).  Sky UK Limited will also conduct their own random drawing, in which two further winners will be identified from all eligible entries submitted directly to Sky UK Limited via Sky VIP (the “Sky Winners”).

Winner notification

2 winners will be selected in a random drawing by the Premier League, which will take place within 7 days of the end of the Prize Draw Period, from all eligible Entries. The winner will be the Pupil of the corresponding winning Entry (the “PL Winners”).

Sky UK Limited will also conduct their own random drawing, in which two further winners will be identified from all eligible entries submitted directly to Sky UK Limited via Sky VIP (the “Sky Winners”). The Sky Winners will receive a separate Prize to the PL Winners.

Prizes

The PL Winners will have the opportunity to take part in a virtual Q&A meeting session with a Sky legend, at the sole discretion of the Promoters (the “Prize”).

The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative Prize at their sole discretion.

The surname and Eligible School (if relevant) of the PL Winners will be available on request.

The Eligible School the PL Winner attends will be notified and sent a prize acceptance form electronically by 24th July 2020. The prize acceptance form will require the Eligible School of the PL Winner to give permission on behalf of the PL Winners' parent/guardian for the PL Winners' first name, school and home town to be used for publicity purposes. The prize acceptance form must be returned within one week of receipt. If it is not received by this date, new PL Winners, and therefore new winning schools, will be selected. In the instance that a parent/guardian does not want a Pupil to be filmed at the event, they must make this clear in the release form and return this to the Promoters in advance of the event so that the organisers can ensure this wish is adhered to by third party film crews on the day.

There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part.

The Prize may be subject to change. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute similar alternatives or to remove the Prize. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the Prize will only be awarded directly to the PL Winner. Prize(s) cannot be sold or auctioned or otherwise transferred to a third party.

Data Protection

The Football Association Premier League Limited and Sky UK Limited are joint data controllers for the purposes of this Prize Draw. By entering the Prize Draw, all Eligible Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Prize Draw terms and conditions on behalf of the Pupil and consent to the transfer of the personal data of both the Pupil and the Eligible Entrant to The Football Association Premier League Limited and Sky UK Limited, for the purposes of the administration of this Prize Draw. The personal data of Eligible Entrants and Pupils will be used for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw only.

Personal data that is required solely to administer the Prize Draw will be destroyed by 31st December 2020. Teachers are required to provide their contact details in order to enter the Prize Draw on behalf of their Pupils. Teachers will be given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving further information, not related to the Prize Draw, from the Promoters.

All schools entering pupils for the Prize Draw must have completed the online prize draw entry form. This form requires a member of staff to provide their contact details and to agree for any entries submitted by pupils to be potentially included as examples that the Promoters promote on their social media platforms and websites. The Promoters will not use any Entries for promotional purposes without the school's approval.

General

The Promoters accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering this Prize Draw or accepting the Prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of a Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

The Promoters may in their absolute discretion modify, amend, cancel or suspend these terms and conditions at any time if they deem necessary or if circumstances arise beyond their control.

The Promoters reserve the right in their absolute discretion to disqualify from this Prize Draw any Entry they believe does not complied with these terms and conditions or has not acted in good faith.

All Entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoters or arising out of the Eligible Entrant's involvement in the Prize Draw will become the property of the Promoters on receipt or creation and will not be returned. By submitting the Entry and any accompanying material, you agree on behalf of the Pupil to:

a)    assign to the Promoters all intellectual property rights with full title guarantee in the Entry; and

b)    waive all moral rights, in and to the Entry and otherwise arising in connection with the entry to which you or the Pupil may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

The Promoters' decisions are final in all matters relating to this Prize Draw and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Premier League Primary Stars Ultimate PE Lesson competition

Rules for entry

These terms and conditions apply to The Ultimate PE Lesson competition from Premier League Primary Stars. The promoters are the Football Association Premier League Limited, Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ (the "Promoter"). 


1. The competition is open to all primary schools in England and Wales for pupils between the ages of 7 to 11 years (Key Stage 2) excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families that are registered users with the Premier League Primary Stars programme.

2. Entry to the competition is free.

3. Enter the competition by submitting entries by pupils from your school aged between 7–11 years. Pupils should work in groups of 4-6 to complete their entry. Entries should be submitted via the online entry form.

4. The competition opens on Thursday 7 March 2019 and ends at 1700 on Friday 5 April 2019. No entries will be accepted after this date.

Challenge entries

5. There is no limit on the number of entries a school can submit.

6. Entries can be submitted in a number of formats (including PDF or image file) but should use the entry sheet PDF provided.

7. All entries should be written on the entry sheet PDF provided.

8. All schools entering the competition must have completed the online form. This form:
I. requires a member of staff in the school to provide their contact details
II. requires at least one teacher from the school to be registered on Premier League Primary Stars at the time of submission
III. requires a member of staff to agree for any entries submitted by pupils to be potentially included as examples in future publications by the Promoter. The Premier League will contact the school should a school's entry be selected for this reason and will discuss how the entry will be used. The promoters will not utilise any entries following the competition without the school's full approval.

9. Incomplete, illegible or corrupt entries, or those not in accordance with entry instructions, will not be accepted.

10. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

11. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf will be disqualified.

12. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by a computer will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

13. In all cases entrants' data will only be used for the purposes of administering this Promotion and for no other purpose (see Privacy Policy).

14. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for names, addresses or email addresses spelt incorrectly by entrants.

k. Entries will be automatically reviewed and moderated for content before being judged, however such review does not relieve you from responsibility for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any Entry that is found, at any time, not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions or that otherwise contain prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by the Promoter, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are eligible to take part in this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

Judging

17. A judging panel will select one overall prize winner and three runners up. The judges' decision is final.

18. The prizes:
Prizes for the overall winning group of 4-6 pupils:
• A visit to a motion capture session to create their winning PE lesson.
Prizes for runners-up:
• A visit from their local football club to recreate their lesson
• Signed shirts and match tickets

19. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value.

20. The school of the winning entry will be notified and sent a prize acceptance form by email during w/c 22 April 2019. The prize acceptance form will require the school to give permission on behalf of the winning group's parent/guardians for the winners' first name, school and home town to be used for publicity purposes. The prize acceptance forms must be returned in advance of the motion capture session which will take place during w/c 6 May 2019. If the winning group cannot attend on that date or if the completed form is not received by the given date, a new winning school will be selected.

21. The runner-up schools will be formally announced by the end of April 2019 and the names of the winners will be available on request from this date.

22. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part.

23. The prizes may be subject to change. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value or to remove a prize. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned or otherwise transferred to a third party.

24. The winning and runner-up schools may be required to participate in publicity arising from this competition.

25. The prize may involve participating at an event that may be filmed and photographed by various film crews. Usage will include all audio-visual media in perpetuity.
a. The Promoter will deliver an information pack to the winning school including release forms for parents to sign allowing permission for this filming.
b. In the instance that a parent does not wish their child to be filmed at the event, they must make this clear in the release form and return this to the Promoter in advance of the event so that the organisers can ensure this wish is adhered to by third party film crews on the day.

General

26. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Promotion rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

27. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering this competition or accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

28. Entry data will be used solely to administer the competition and entries will be destroyed in September 2019, following the winning schools claiming their prize.

29. Teachers are required to provide their contact details in order to enter the competition on behalf of their class.

30. The Premier League may in their absolute discretion modify, amend, cancel or suspend these terms and conditions at any time if they deem necessary or if circumstances arise beyond their control.

31. The Premier League reserve the right in their absolute discretion to disqualify from this competition any entrant who they believe has not complied with these terms and conditions or acted in good faith.

32. All promotion entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter or arising out of the entrant's involvement in the promotion will become the property of the Promoter on receipt or creation and will not be returned. By submitting your promotion entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:

Premier League Plastic Pollution Challenge
Rules for entry

These terms and conditions apply to the Premier League Primary Stars plastic pollution challenge. The promoters are the Football Association Premier League Limited, Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ (the "Promoter"). 

1. The competition is open to all primary schools in England and Wales for pupils between the ages of 7 to 11 years (Key Stage 2) excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families that are registered users with the Premier League Primary Stars programme.

2. Entry to the competition is free.

3. Enter the competition by submitting entries by pupils from your school aged between 7–11 years. Entries should be submitted via the online entry form.

4. The competition opens on Tuesday 08 January 2019 and ends at 1700 on Friday 22 March 2019. No entries will be accepted after this date.

Challenge entries

5. There is no limit on the number of entries a school can submit, but only one entry can be submitted per class.

Judging

17. Entries will be entered into a prize draw and ten schools drawn to receive the visit to Sky Academy Studios in London.

18. The prizes:
Prizes for ten schools:
• A visit to Sky Academy Studios in London (for a maximum of 30 pupils) to make a film about their pledge. This will take place during w/c 13 May 2019. Travel costs will be substituted to the value of £250 per school. Schools will be required to bring a packed lunch for all children.
Prizes overall winning pledge:
• The ten pledge films will be judged by a panel and one will be selected as the overall winner. This school will receive a school visit from Plasticus, the Sky Ocean Rescue whale, the Premier League Trophy, and other guests at a date mutually agreeable by all parties.
Prizes for first 100 schools who submit entries:
• Class sets (30) water bottles

19. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value.

20. The schools of the winning prize draw will be notified and sent a prize acceptance form electronically during April 2019. The prize acceptance form will require the schools to give permission on behalf of the winning class' parent/guardians for the winners' first name, school and home town to be used for publicity purposes. The prize acceptance forms must be returned within one week. If it is not received by this date, new winning schools will be selected.

b. In the instance that a parent does not wish their child to be filmed at the event, they must make this clear in the release form and return this to the Promoter in advance of the event so that the organisers can ensure this wish is adhered to by third party film crews on the day.

Premier League Writing Stars competition
Rules for entry

These terms and conditions apply to the Premier League Writing Stars competition. The promoters are the Football Association Premier League Limited, Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ (the "Promoter"). 

1. The competition is open to all primary schools in England and Wales for pupils between the ages of 5 to 11 years (Key Stage 1 and 2) excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families that are registered users with the Premier League Primary Stars programme.

2. Entry to the competition is free.

3. Enter the competition by submitting entries by a pupil or pupils from your school aged between 5–11 years. Entries should be submitted via the online entry form or by post to: Premier League Writing Stars Competition, Profile Printing Ltd, The Loom, 14 Gowers Walk, London E1 8PY.

4. The competition opens on: Tuesday 4 February 2020 and ends:1700 on Friday 20 March 2020. No entries will be accepted after this date.

Competition Entries

5. There is no limit on the number of entries a school submits, but only one entry can be submitted per pupil.

6. Entries can be submitted in a number of formats including PDF, image file or hard copy. Written pieces should be no more than 150 words or 20 lines.

7. Entries can be submitted in either English or Welsh language. Welsh language poetry will be judged separately with the help of Literature Wales and a Welsh-speaking judge.

8. All poems must be submitted on Entry activity sheets and pupil name, year, teacher and school must be written in the space provided.

9. All schools entering pupils for the competition must have completed the online form or a Class Entry Form (KS1 or KS2) if submitting by post. This form:

Teacher Reward Scheme badges promotion

These terms and conditions apply to the Teacher Reward Scheme badges promotion for schools 2019/20 taking place between 2 September 2019 and 20 July 2020.

Unfortunately, this promotion is currently on hold with schools being closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This scheme will run again once schools re-open.

  • The Promotion is open to primary school educational institutions in England and Wales who teach children aged 5 to 11 (or institutions teaching pupils working at primary level).
  • Schools will be entered into the prize draw if a registered teacher is awarded all the available Teacher Reward Scheme badges during the 2019/20 academic year.
  • The prize is a visit by the Premier League Trophy to one winning school selected in the prize draw.

b. waive all moral rights, in and to your promotion entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

Roar! For Diversity Goodies Pack promotion

Rules for entry

These terms and conditions apply to the Roar! for Diversity Goodies Pack taking place between 14th January 2020 and 14th February 2020.

1. The promoters are the Football Association Premier League Limited, Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ (the "Promoter").

2. The Promotion is open to primary school educational institutions in England and Wales who teach children aged 5 to 11 (or institutions teaching pupils working at primary level).

3. Schools will be entered into the prize draw if a registered teacher has downloaded any activity from the Roar! for Diversity pack. 50 winners will then be selected at random.

4. The prize is a Premier League Primary Stars Class Values Pack of posters, stickers and certificates and a class set of 30 Chance to Shine wristbands. There are 50 sets available.

5. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize(s) of equal value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner. Prizes cannot be sold or auctioned or otherwise transferred to a third party.

6. Selection of the winning schools will be made by the Promoter by the end of March 2020. The schools chosen as the winning schools will be contacted by 31 March 2020.

7. The prize will be delivered no later than 30th April 2020. If the winning schools are unable to accept delivery of the prize pack, it may be allocated to another school.  

8. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Promotion rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller, for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

9. The Premier League may in their absolute discretion modify, amend, cancel or suspend these terms and conditions at any time if they deem necessary or if circumstances arise beyond their control.

10. The Premier League reserve the right in their absolute discretion to disqualify from this Promotion any entrant who they believe has not complied with these terms and conditions or acted in good faith.
