In these Terms of Use, any use of the words "you", "yours" or similar expressions shall mean any user of this website whatsoever. Terms such as "we", "us, "our" or similar expressions shall mean the Football Association Premier League Limited.

This website, (the “Website”), is operated by the Football Association Premier League Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 02719699 with registered office at 30 Gloucester Place, London, W1U 8PL. Our VAT number is 672 6255 22.

Please read this page carefully as it sets out the terms that apply to your use of the Website and any part of its content and all materials appearing on it. By using the Website you confirm that (i) you are employed (either on a permanent or temporary basis) by a primary educational institution, and (ii) you accept these Terms of Use and you agree to comply with them. If you are not employed by a primary educational institution and/or you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please refrain from using the Website. We reserve the right to restrict your access to the Website if we suspect that you are in breach of these conditions.



These Terms of Use are additional to, and should be read in conjunction with, our Privacy Policy.



We may change these terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page regularly to take notice of any such changes as you will be deemed to accept them through your continued use of the Website.



We aim to update the Website regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the Website, or close it indefinitely. We will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Any of the material on the Website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.



The Website is protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property and related rights ("Rights") which are owned by us and our suppliers. All such Rights are reserved.

The trade marks, logos and brand names shown on the Website are owned by us or our suppliers, partners or member Clubs. Except as indicated in these Terms of Use, no rights are granted to use any of them without the prior written permission of the owner.



You may download and print material from the Website as is reasonable for formal educational purposes only.

You must not use the Website or any of its content in any other way, including (but not limited to):

  • for commercial purposes (such as selling or attempting to sell it in any way);
  • reproducing, re-utilising or redistributing it (including, by way of example, creating a database (electronic or otherwise) that includes material downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Website);
  • framing or deep-linking to it on any other website;
  • to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Website;
  • to make available personal data or private information about any person other than yourself;
  • to promote, facilitate or encourage illegal activity;
  • in any way to directly or indirectly suggest endorsement or approval by us of a product or service (for example, a personal website), entity, content or any belief or opinion expressed within a product or service; and
  • in any way that might bring us into disrepute.

If you print off, copy or download any part of the Website in breach of these terms, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made at our request.



By submitting and/or posting messages, suggestions or any other material (including any text, photographs, graphics, video and audio) to us or the Website you are granting us a perpetual royalty free non-exclusive licence to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute and sub-license the message/suggestion/material in whole or in part and in any form anywhere in the world and in any way we choose (including, but not limited to, via the Website or our social media channels). By submitting such material, you warrant that you are the owner of all the relevant intellectual property rights in relation to the submitted material. Any materials you provide to us shall be regarded as non-confidential.

By submitting any messages, suggestions or materials to the Website you also waive all of the moral rights that you have under Chapter IV of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and in any other laws now or in the future in force in any part of the world and grant us any consent required therein to utilise any such material.

If you do not wish to grant us the rights set out above, please do not submit contributions to the Website.



From time to time we may run or host competitions, free prize draws and promotions on the Website. In each case these will be subject to additional competition terms and conditions which will be made available on the Website. Any competition, free prize draw and/or promotion run or hosted by us will only be open to educational institutions in England and Wales who teach children aged 5 to 11.



Reasonable skill and care has been used in producing the Website but it is only designed for general information purposes. No guarantee is given by us or our suppliers that the Website (including any statistics contained on the Website) is accurate, complete or up-to-date. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on the content of the Website by you, or by anyone who may be informed of the Website’s contents.



The Website contains links to other websites and services operated by parties independent to us. We take reasonable precautions in selecting these however we do not endorse or take responsibility for the content or availability of these websites and cannot accept any liability for any material contained within them or for your use of them or any use of your personal data collected by their operators. If you decide to access linked websites you do so at your own risk and we encourage you to read the privacy statements applicable to each specific website.



We and our suppliers take reasonable precautions to prevent computer viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other items that may damage the operation of computers or property or otherwise engage in computer misuse ("Malicious Programmes") on the Website but cannot accept any liability for them. You are advised to take precautions against such Malicious Programmes, including the use of suitable protective software.



You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing Malicious Programmes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website. You must not attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Website will cease immediately.


Pupils will be able to access content that is behind log in on the site via a class code which is issued to them by their teacher. They will be able to use this to log in to the site and access packs of resources that teachers have assigned to them.

Once they have entered the class code, pupils will be required to enter their first name, surname and chosen password. This data will not be publicly available on the website, it will be stored according to our privacy policy and will never be used for marketing purposes. If it is school policy that it is a requirement to gather individual parental consent for pupil use of a website as detailed above, a pre-prepared take home letter is available to download from the website for this purpose. It is the teacher’s responsibility to gather parental consent if it is required by their establishment.



Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any wilful act, to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all liability to you in respect of your use of the Website.



You will indemnify us against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses reasonably suffered or incurred by us as a result of breach by you of these Terms of Use or any applicable laws.



These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
