>> ANNOUNCER: It has been a long road to the King Power Stadium.

But the journey is now complete. Over 12,500 players from more than 1,600 schools. Ladies and gentlemen are you ready to meet the teams?

[MUSIC CONTINUES WITH CHEERING AND CLAPPING]

>> ANNOUNCER: This is the Premier League, Primary Stars Football

Tournament Finals 2018.

[MORE CHEERING AND CLAPPING AND BACKGROUND MUSIC]

>> SHOWELL: Such an amazing thing to be part of. The day is fantastic.

            It's a fantastic ground to see them all in their kits

            and a big smile on their face.

>> BOY1: [Unintelligible]

[CHILDREN SHOUTING]

>> BOY1: To play on a professional pitch.

>> SKINNER: Being able to wear their club's home kit

            it is truly motivational and inspirational I think for all

the children

[BACKGROUND MUSIC]

>> GIRL1: It's really cool because we are representing

one of the best teams in the world. It means a lot because everyone used to say "you can't play football because you're a girl".

[BACKGROUND MUSIC] 

>> GIRL2: Worked so hard to get here.

And we've done like everything we can.

>> MADLEY: They're living their dream for a day aren't they?

Which is magic. They're picking each other up when they make a mistake and they're saying "Come on, we'll go again" and it's just great to see, it's quite heartening actually to watch this kind of football

[BACKGROUND MUSIC AND SHOUTING]

>> MUM: Just coming together, playing together.

Going through the highs and the lows. 

[GROUP GROAN] 

[BACKGROUND MUSIC]

[CHEERS AND CLAPPING

>> MCPARLAND: We've been instilling that into the boys and girls today,

about how important it is to come together to work collaboratively to you know, go out and try and achieve today.

 [BACKGROUND MUSIC AND CROWD NOISE]

>> TAYLOR: To even to come here is a massive achievement for the

school. And to actually get where we've got to now and into the semi-finals is dreamland for us.

[BACKGROUND MUSIC AND SHOUTING]

>> BOY2: Don't stop trying, just try and try again.

[BACKGROUND MUSIC AND ANNOUNCER IN BACKGROUND]
