Steady - stomach held in tightly

and arms out to control the movement.

Spare leg - lift one leg off the ground,

placing the foot behind your body.

Push - bend and push off with your jumping leg,

using your arms to swing for extra height and balance.

Soft landing - sink a little into the landing

with a soft knee,

that cushions and controls the landing.
