>> MALE COACH: And the great things about these particular activities is they're great for getting across the fundamentals for all sports.

>> FEMALE VOICEOVER: You will need balls, bean bags, bibs, cones, hoops, scarves, and a box.

>> FEMALE TEACHER: Demonstrate how to intercept a moving object with hands or feet. Find a space. One of you is a shadow. The shadow is in the back.
You need to make sure you look little bit... Yeah, off you go.

[FAST TEMPO MUSIC PLAYS]

[LAUGHTER]

>> FEMALE TEACHER: Travel effectively to support interception of an object. So we'll have two children throwing the ball to each other. Then you come bursting in and grab the ball. Yay! Well done.

[MUSIC RESUMES]

>> FEMALE TEACHER: So how can we use our legs and our arms to make the interception better?

>> CHILD 6: We might bend our legs and we might stretch our hands very clearly so that we can catch the ball.

>> FEMALE TEACHER: And where are we going to put our hands?

>> CHILD 6: We might put it where the direction of the ball is coming.

>> FEMALE TEACHER: Fantastic. Work with a partner to improve interception skills. We're going to be in pairs and we will have five people who are going to be the interceptors and going to go around the playground and to stop the ball. How can we make this game better?

>> CHILD 7: Make sure I'm looking at the ball and adjusting my speed and time.

>> FEMALE TEACHER: And then you will get what?

>> CHILDREN: You'll be better at it and you can improve. We can catch the ball.

>> CHILD 8: Yes!

>> FEMALE TEACHER: Navigate space to improve interception success. We're going to try to get the treasure to the team mates, okay? Run one by one to the centre and throw the ball back. We have some interceptors in the middle of the game trying to stop us.
