>> MALE COACH: The great things about practice such as this is they teach the basics and the fundamentals of net based games.
>> FEMALE VOICEOVER: You will need cones, rope, bean bags, and markers.

>> FEMALE COACH: Giant steps like an astronaut, like you're on the moon. Can you tell me why we need to bend our legs?
>> CHILD 4: It helps us to balance more and it helps us to get other places quickly.
>> FEMALE COACH: Combine travelling in different ways with the ready position. You're gonna work into pairs. When I call a colour, I want you to go to that colour, I want you to run sideways, backwards, or forwards. When you return to your green spot, you need to go into your ready position. White. Yellow. Red.
>> CHILD 5: Blue. Yellow. White. Red.
>> FEMALE COACH: And change over. Can you tell me what we need to do for a ready position?
>> CHILD 6: Your legs are in line with your shoulders and you bend your knees, and your tummy's straight.
>> FEMALE COACH: Work with a partner to improve my ready position posture. It's basically like playing tennis. But you're not gonna have a tennis racket or a ball. You need to get back to your baseline before they get the bean bag.
