Sport and education are united by a fundamental commitment to inclusion and accessibility. Premier League Primary Stars aim to make this site and the resources it contains as accessible as possible by following these broad guidelines.

Accessibility is important to us.

The Premier League Primary Stars website complies with accessibility standards in commissioning, editorial, design and coding. These standards include the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative and the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA, part three). This website conforms to W3C Web Accessibility Standard double A (AA).

We are delighted to say that this site has been tested and accredited as meeting AA standards.

The accessibility guidelines we follow include:

- Using an easy to read font type.

- Ensuring suitable foreground and background colour contrast.

- Using clear and simple grammar.

- Providing meaningful text equivalents for pictures.

- Providing simple, consistent site navigation.

- Ensuring the target of each link is clearly defined.

- Providing a sitemap.

- Ensuring all content and functionality is available to users without content style sheet (CSS), image and script support.

- Providing subtitled and audio described versions of films and a transcript.

The only elements which are not accessible are a small number of interactive features - the Time tools, Class planner, Interactive quizzes and Solve, Shoot and Score game.
