Win an exciting prize from Tull100 — Football Remembers

By Premier League Primary Stars · Mon 11 June 2018

Schools can win an exciting prize from Tull100 — Football Remembers, a project to celebrate and commemorate the life of Walter Tull. Walter Tull was one of Britain’s first black professional footballers and a First World War hero rising through the ranks to become the first infantry officer in the British Army of black heritage.

There are a number of prizes to be won. First prize is for Walter Tull children’s author Dan Lyndon to visit your school to share the story of Walter Tull and your school will also receive 10 copies of Dan’s book. All schools that enter will receive brand new Tull100 stickers to get students excited about the project.

To win one of the special prizes, tell Big Ideas about your Tull100 — Football Remembers project plans or request your free resources by emailing the Big Ideas team at tull100@big-ideas.org. Find out more about how to take part in the project by visiting big-ideas.org/take-part.
