On Sunday 5 July 2020, you can mark the birthday of the NHS by joining together to say a big ‘thank you’ to everyone who is helping us through the current crisis, from nurses and carers to friends, family and teachers.
Download your favourite template from the options below, add the name of the person or people you would like to say thank you to, decorate it and display it in a window or share it with them. Make it as eye-catching as possible!
Maybe you could say ‘thank you’ to your family members or teachers who have been helping you to keep learning from home?
We have even created a special Premier League template for you to download and colour in. Or you can take inspiration from these designs and create your own!
Let’s say as many thank yous as we possibly can, to everyone who is helping us through this, together.
We would love to see your creative thank yous. Share your pictures with us on Twitter at @PLCommunities using #PLPrimaryStars and #ThankYouTogether or drop us an email at PLPrimaryStars@premierleague.com Just include your first name on any pictures you share with us.
Don’t forget that on Sunday 5 July there will also be a 5 pm thank you clap to celebrate all of those who have helped others during the Coronavirus pandemic.
