The Premier League Primary Stars Kit Scheme 2023: empowering girls across the country to believe that football is everyone’s game.
Premier League Primary Stars and Nike team up to give schools the chance to win a FREE set of girls’ football kit.
The Premier League, in collaboration with Nike, is providing 4,000 sets of free girls’ football kits to schools as part of a move to promote the message that football is everyone’s game. The scheme looks to empower and encourage young girls through giving them the opportunity to get more involved in football. You can watch the first school’s reaction to receiving a set of the new girls’ kit here.
You will receive a notification of whether or not your application has been successful by 30 June 2023.
Successful primary schools can expect to receive their kit in the Spring Term 2024.
Successful schools will receive:
- A set of Nike Park Short Sleeve shirts, shorts and socks (13 x outfield sets and x 1 goalkeeper set) - teachers can choose colours from available options.
- The playing kit will be embellished with Premier League on the front of shirt, No Room for Racism on the sleeve and will be numbered 1-14 on the back of shirt.
- The option to include Nike 2.0 hijabs if/as required (subject to availability).
In the meantime, check out our resources which aim to include all pupils, regardless of gender, background or ability. We have a variety of packs that span across PSHE, PE, maths and English.
To further support your pupils, use our Active Allies resources, created in partnership with Nike. The Active Allies resources empower girls to play football, with advice and support on creating an inclusive school environment, challenging bias in the school community, challenging gender stereotypes and supporting boys to be active allies.
