Get ready for a football workout brought to you by the Inclusive Reds team from the Manchester United Foundation. The team has put together a fun football workout for you to try at school or at home.
This series of videos will focus on a specific skill that you can develop. The workouts include a warm-up and cool-down and the team will demonstrate the skill with clear instructions and provide adaptations of each skill to make them inclusive for everyone to have a go!
The activities are suitable for all ages and all abilities. Minimal equipment is required.
