Diversity on and off the pitch has been a huge part of the Premier League story over the years.

This pack celebrates the contribution that football players of African and Caribbean descent have made to the Premier League and English football, with films and stories featuring Divock Origi, Liverpool FC, and Demi Stokes, Manchester City Women's FC.

Use this pack to support your teaching during Black History Month, or at any time of the year to promote class discussion around the themes of diversity and inclusion.

These beautifully illustrated presentations tell the stories of star football players, Demi Stokes and Divock Origi, from their childhood dreams to their professional achievements.

Use these stories with your class to celebrate Black History Month or as part of a PSHE lesson, at any time of the year, on diversity and inclusion.

These stories are written by Sharna Jackson, award-winning children’s author, and illustrated by Anastasia Magloire Williams.
