This pack introduces the Premier League Wellbeing Stars challenge and explores the concepts of social action and wellbeing.
Pupils can take part in the challenge in school or at home. They can work individually or in teams of up to five.
To take on the challenge, submit your pupils' completed Wellbeing Week templates, using the online form, by Tuesday 20 April 2021. Find out more about the challenge and the amazing rewards you could access.

Use this introductory presentation to kick off the challenge, and generate a class discussion around wellbeing and social action.
Pupils take part in Premier League Wellbeing Stars by completing this template. You can submit their work using the online form.
There is also an example of a completed template to help pupils understand how to take on the challenge.
Pupils can take part in the challenge at school or from home, and parents/carers can submit their child's completed Wellbeing Week template using the parent online form.
Teachers can send home this parent summary sheet to explain what Premier League Wellbeing Stars is all about, and how to take part from home.
Reward your pupils with a Premier League Wellbeing Stars certificate. Ask them to think about what their next social action goal is and write it in the box below.
