Wellbeing - feelings and emotions

KS1/Foundation, KS2
Health and wellbeing

In this pack, pupils are encouraged to identify and express the different emotions people typically experience, including around times of transition and change.

Pupils will explore ways to help themselves take care of their own and each other’s emotional wellbeing, while also learning that it is normal to experience different kinds of feelings at different times.

See the Wellbeing - managing our emotions resource pack for more activities. This can be used as a standalone lesson or as a follow-up activity.

There is also a home/school pack where resources are available without sign in for use at home.
