This resource pack is designed to help pupils understand the link between physical activity and mental wellbeing. The activities feature Premier League and Women's Super League players as they talk about the benefits of physical activity on their body and mind.
It is a flexible resource and can be delivered as a PSHE lesson or used as standalone activities to boost physical activity amongst pupils during the school day. This resource builds on learning covered in the Wellbeing - Feelings and Emotions and Wellbeing - Managing Our Emotions resource packs and can be used as a follow-up activity.
